Services
Whether you are being sued or deciding whether you have a claim yourself, I can offer comprehensive advice from the outset so that you know exactly where you stand and what you need to do in order to protect your position.
That will include my opinion on the strengths of your claim or defence, what evidence you will need including expert evidence and advice on procedure.
It may be that you are happy to save money by doing the day to day running of the case yourself and only want to instruct me to give advice and then to draft important
documents and represent you at any hearings. Or you may also want solicitors to run your case on a day to day basis as well as instructing me to draft documents and represent you at hearings.
Either way, I have found that for all clients, an early opinion on exactly where they stand and how to make sure they maximise the strengths of their case with the right
procedure and evidence is helpful. This applies whether you have bought or sold a house where there is a complaint of Japanese knotweed, if your neighbour is failing to treat knotweed or if your neighbour is complaining about you.
I offer this advice for a fixed fee of £1,800 inc. VAT (£1,500 + VAT).
As part of the process, I will send you a list of questions so that I can give you the best possible advice and once I have the answers, I will then be able to send you the
completed advice within 7 days. After that advice, I can then provide quotes for any individual pieces of work (for example drafting a defence or particulars of claim, representing you at any hearings etc.) which will all be on a fixed fee basis so you can decide whether to instruct me without ever being taken by surprise by unexpected bills.
If you would like to instruct me for advice, please contact my clerk, Alan Odiam at:
